Join the Kitschy Sisterhood
Kitsch Sisters CIC is all about empowering women through creativity, connection and community. We offer a safe, welcoming space for girl-talk, peer support and learning new skills—whether it’s dressmaking, jewellery, candle making, painting, cooking or simple crafty fun. Our focus is creative self-care: using hands-on making to boost wellbeing, build confidence and nurture real-life social connections away from the pressures of social media.
We’re committed to accessibility, environmental responsibility and meaningful social impact. By recycling materials, keeping workshops low-cost or free, and reinvesting our profits back into the community, we make sure everyone can take part. As a Community Interest Company, we create high-quality experiences for both paying and non-paying participants and donate 20% of our event profits to local causes that share our values.
Our mission is to build a sisterhood through artisan, kitschy activities—bringing women together to learn, play, grow and support each other. Through pop-up workshops, community partnerships, creative programmes and collaborations with local makers, we work to reduce loneliness, improve mental health and strengthen resilience. We believe in the therapeutic power of craft and in creating spaces where hidden talents emerge, confidence grows and friendships form.
From pop-up workshops and community garden sessions to shows, exhibitions and accessible free or paid sessions, everything we do is designed to make creativity open to all. Join us on this joyful, hands-on journey—where women feel seen, supported and inspired, and where creativity becomes a pathway to connection and positive change.
